The starting salary for this position is £7,678.70 per annum based on 12 hours per week over 39 weeks per year (term-time only), pro-rata to £26,777. The working hours are Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 1pm for 39 weeks per year. Surrey Adult Learning has seven centres across North and South West Surrey and we are excited to be hiring a new Centre Administrator to join the vibrant team at our Sunbury Centre. You will be part of a team who are passionate about providing valuable learning experiences to adults in our community and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the effective operation of our Centre. About the role As our Centre Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the effective administrative operation of the Centre. We're looking for someone who can provide a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers, helping them access information and advice about the courses we offer and ensuring that enrolments are processed efficiently. In this role you will also have responsibility for the health and safety of the Centre's users and site security in the absence of the Centre Coordinator. Shortlisting criteria As a Centre Administrator you will need to have some customer service experience together with good administrative skills. We're looking for someone who can provide high quality, direct customer care for the users of our Centre and has an interest in adult learning.
