For the successful Centre Lathe Turner our client is offering: Up to £34,600 (DOE) + Overtime Mon – Thurs 7.30 – 16.30 & Fri 7.30 – 12.30 Permanent Position Company Bonus Scheme Contributory pension scheme Training and development opportunities The role - Centre Lathe Turner: Work from detailed engineering drawings Roughout and finish turn shafts up to 4m in length from raw bar stock and forgings Working with various grades of steel, stainless steel, and alloy steels Producing bespoke parts for a variety of industry sectors Setting and operating manual Lathe Turner What our client is looking for in a Centre Lathe Turner: Time served (NVQ 3 or Equivalent)
- Essential Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
- Essential Experience in a previous or similar position (2 years minimum)
- Essential Good Planning and Organising skills Good communication Skills with both peers and Management Key skills or similar Job titles: conventional turner, conventional machinist, Manual Machinist
