We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced centre manager to lead our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of tamariki and whānau while shaping the future of our centre. You will need:
Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
A passion for mentoring and inspiring educators to reach their full potential.
Expertise in curriculum design and the ability to adapt to the needs of tamariki.
Thorough knowledge of ECE regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
