Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest independent autocentre chains to recruit a Service Centre Manager in Enfield.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities: Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum. To ensure all sales targets and KPI's are achieved. To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis. To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures. Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre. Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company. Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary. To adhere to the Company's Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control. To comply with reasonable instructions from Management. The company will supply you with uniform; it must be clean and presentable at all times. Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.

Salary:

Dependent on experience.

Hours:

The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm, and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Sunday working with a supplementary payment. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Holiday:

20 days per year, plus statutory holidays.
