Job Description

As the Centre Manager in London, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Implement strategies to improve service delivery and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with property management regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the centre
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
  • Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts for the centre

The Successful Applicant

A successful Centre Manager should have:

  • Degree educated
  • Proven experience in managing operations or a Luxury site
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
