A well-established company within the automotive industry is currently looking for a Centre Manager to join their team based in the Enfield area. Supervising workshop staff to ensure timely completion of all tasks Coaching and mentoring new and existing team members Managing Front of House, maintaining high levels of customer service Ensuring high standards are adhered to at all times Ensuring adherence to all workshop health and safety regulations Overseeing the recruitment process for the branch, interviewing and training new members ASSISTANT MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - REQUIRED SKILLS:
