As CEO, you’ll provide the vision, strategy, and leadership to grow MGCA and bring its potential to life. Reporting to the board of trustees, you’ll spearhead the delivery of the Factory Project, forge impactful partnerships, and ensure MGCA thrives as a community-led organization. From capital fundraising to inspiring a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping MGCA’s next chapter. What We’re Looking For

The ability to build partnerships. A track record in fundraising, particularly for community projects. A passion for ecological, educational, and community-based initiatives.
