U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain or currently hold a Top-Secret clearance. Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in business intelligence, federal contracting, or consulting. Proven track record of growing a business and securing contracts in federal and commercial markets. Deep understanding of the federal contracting landscape, including Defense and adjacent agencies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Experience:
Background in navigating re-compete processes for federal contracts. Familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools. Key Attributes:
