We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team in Andover, Hampshire. Our client is a young boy who lives at home with his family and beloved family dog. We are looking for a support worker who has experience with both Cerebral Palsy & Brain Injury. Due to the location of the client and the responsibilities, we are looking for a support worker who can drive & has access to their own vehicle.

Pay Rate:

£16 - £18 per hour

Working Hours: This is a Bank role so we will call upon support workers to cover annual leave/sickness when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists. Completing daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. To be able to deal with challenging behaviours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work the specified hours. Benefits:
