£17.50 per hour About the Role: Join our team to support a young individual with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and requires assistance with a PEG feeding system. You will provide 2:1 care. Working Hours: - Currently seeking support workers for two 12-hour night shifts per week. - Also looking for a team member for Saturday day shifts. - More shifts will be available in the coming months as the client prepares for surgery and will need post-operative care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized care routines. - Must have experience with PEG feeding. - Assist with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal prep. - Administer medication and monitor health. - Offer emotional support and companionship. - Maintain accurate care records and report changes in the client's condition. - Work with healthcare professionals and family to ensure comprehensive care. - Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
