We have an exciting opportunity for a committed Support Worker to join our team in Caldicot. In this position, you will deliver exceptional care and support to our young client with complex health needs, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Main duties of the job

As a Cerebral Palsy Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our client with complex health conditions. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Job responsibilities

Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UK driver's license. Working Hours

You will be a part of a team working flexible 15 hours across the week: Bank hours 09:30am – 17:00, 21:00-8:00 (Waking Nights). Alternate weekends required. Benefits
