As a CEA, you will play a critical role in enforcing Liability orders, warrants of control and commercial rent arrears and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforcement of court orders by taking control of goods or securing payments.
- Negotiating with debtors to arrange payment plans or settlements, ensuring a fair and just resolution.
- Handling sensitive situations with professionalism, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all collections are documented in compliance with industry standards.
- Working closely with clients, ensuring timely execution of enforcement orders.
Requirements:
- Certificated Enforcement Agent level 2 qualification but not essential as full training will be provided to the right applicant.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (e.g., Taking Control of Goods regulations).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Driving license.
