Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Foster meaningful relationships with clients through engaging interactions Minimum Requirements

Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with State law including CNA High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance Experience in a home care, home health or long term health care environment a plus Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information Must comply with State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances Benefits
