Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice Previous experience in a senior living, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care Proficiency in using healthcare software for documentation and patient management Benefits:
