Job Overview: We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Admin and Certinia Finance & Accounting specialist to join our OWG Tech department. This role demands a deep understanding of accounting practices, particularly in expense management and accounts payables processes, client invoicing and accounts receivables processes, revenue recognition, WIP reporting and backlog reporting and the ideal candidate will effectively apply these practices within the Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications. This position involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, finance and business relationship managers to manage application questions, implement changes and drive application enhancements. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our London Baker Street office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities: Application Management Support, administer and maintain Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications. Support month end closure financial processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation. Implement and oversee application changes and enhancements. Apply and support the accounting practices within the Certinia applications; including Opportunity and project management, Revenue recognition engine, Time management, Backlog management, Invoicing and currency matters, Work in progress reporting and project economics. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the business, finance and business relationship managers to understand and address application-related needs. Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements. Drive the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters. Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices. Technical Support and Documentation

Offer technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations. Ensure data integrity and security within the applications. Experience:

Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Admin. Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia Accounting. Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable and revenue recognition. Experience with WIP and backlog reporting. Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions. Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps. Skills and Attributes:

Candidates must possess full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Team player with a collaborative approach to work. Strong communicator, in both verbal and written form, able to articulate concepts and ideas, break through barriers, engage people, and work effectively with others under pressure. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders. Neutral toward technology, vendor, and product choices more interested in results than in personal preferences. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
