Lead and direct the UK financial, budgeting, business planning & controlling functions. Manage the financial formalities and processes within the UK Group headquarters and drive the development and optimization of UK financial and IT processes in close coordination with group functions to achieve best-in-class processes. Provide strategic financial oversight to the UK Leadership Team to help drive business performance and informed decision making. Drive commercial performance through world-class business partnering. Responsible for administering the financial strategy. Plans, organizes, and directs all finance activities and policies, including the management of accounting, planning, internal audit, cost control, and analysis. Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the Group. Oversee the preparation and approval of UK legal entities' financial statements to ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met. Adhere to group and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and ensuring accurate, timely, and clear business and financial reporting, according to local and group reporting principles. Establish a strong relationship with the financial auditors and statutory bodies. Candidate Profile

Previous experience working in manufacturing/distribution business including supply chain. ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. Experience in an Autonomous FD/CFO role previously. Experience in a complex financial environment. Hands-on and can-do mentality and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deal with people across all levels. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. ERP system experience. Strong Excel, analytical, and reporting skills.
