We are on a mission to reshape the credit landscape and create opportunities for those often overlooked by traditional financial institutions.

About the Role: As the CFO for Bits, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy in a high-paced environment. You will lead all financial operations, create a robust financial strategy to support our hyper-growth trajectory, and ensure we maintain solid financial health. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will inform strategic decisions, stimulate growth, and ensure compliance and risk management.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, assertive, tenacious, and proactive. Experience in private banking or investment banking is essential, as you will need to bring a strong financial acumen and a determined attitude to this role.

Requirements 15+ years of experience in finance roles, with significant experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth startup environment Proven track record of scaling financial functions in complex, fast-paced organizations Expertise in fundraising, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements Exceptional strategic planning and operational management skills Experience in building and leading high-performing finance teams Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant financial certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information effectively Benefits Accounting for International Development Accounting for International Development
