With two direct reports, a UK finance team of 15 and 8 overseas, the CFO will lead a first-rate, stable team.
Key Skills and Experience: Experience leading a finance function within a large scale manufacturing environment Ability to be a key part of a small, dynamic leadership team, making strategic decisions quickly and overseeing their successful implementation Experience of group reporting (and consolidation) Ability to develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally Qualified accountant with significant industry experience The Package:
Competitive base salary of £120,000+ (Negotiable based on experience) Quarterly Exec bonus scheme (which paid £48,000 for 2024) Longer term share incentive scheme 10% Pension and 2X death in service
