Your Role as CFO: Lead the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and risk management. Oversee the company's financial operations, budgets, and performance metrics. Provide strategic insight to the senior leadership team to inform critical business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

What You Bring: Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the financial services sector. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent). Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Strong leadership qualities with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams. Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
