Profile As a result of some positive developments, the company is now seeking an exceptional CFO to join the board and SMT, providing vital support and strategic input to the CEO. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing the company’s financial, administrative, risk, and legal duties. Leading, developing and growing a finance team that will develop “best in class” practices. Work alongside the CEO in all investor relations matters and corporate reporting/governance matters. Developing financial and tax strategies and ensuring effective internal controls are in place. Advising CEO on fundraising plans and capital structure matters. Work closely with the CEO in the preparation of the monthly Board pack. To be considered for this rare and exciting opportunity with such high growth potential, you will already be a proven CFO or senior finance leader looking for your first CFO/FD role. You will ideally have experience in the SaaS/Software sector and may have exposure to PLC or listed environments. You will have a blend of commercial and technical experience and be keen to help develop business and investment strategies. You will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of genuine achievement and success in previous positions and will enjoy being involved in a team-based culture, fully utilising your ability to lead from the front. Team development and management will also be a crucial skill needed in a role that will fully utilize your ability to grow and motivate a market-leading team. You will be an individual who is always looking to improve and develop your own skills alongside those of the team.
