Are you a seasoned CFO within the gaming sector with proven experience in fundraising? A Games Publisher is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in raising funds and taking the business to the next level!

Your new role Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic financial plans that support our ambitious growth goals in the gaming landscape. Leading fundraising initiatives to secure capital for strategic investments, acquisitions, and further development. Identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities that align with our growth strategy and negotiating favourable deals. Championing a data-driven culture, using financial metrics to inform strategic decision-making across the organisation. Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 5 years of experience as a CFO or FD in a high-growth gaming company. Deep understanding of the gaming industry, its trends, and financial drivers. Must have experience of securing funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means and proven relationships within the gaming investment space. Prior experience leading or participating in successful M&A transactions in the gaming sector. Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth in the gaming industry.
