Your new role This role will be as CFO supporting the CEO with functional running and strategic planning to grow the business and achieve its goals, be that within revenue targets or with exit plans on the horizon. Managing a team of 4 in a remote-first setting, this will be a positive challenge for someone committed to nurturing more junior individuals and the hunger to grow with the company. What you'll need to succeed Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACA/CAANZ/CA) or equivalent Experience with fast-paced business environments Team management and development knowledge Exit experience Fundraising experience within a growing business is beneficial.
