We are currently handling the search to appoint a CFO for an international private equity backed manufacturing business based in the Midlands. The business has performed well during COVID and has some ambitious growth plans to expand organically moving forward.

Profile The CFO will have a broad commercial and strategic remit, taking full control of the business’ finance and operational functions. The CFO will work closely alongside the CEO to develop the strategic business plan and drive performance across the business.
The CFO will have proven experience operating at Board level and will be a dynamic, ambitious, and commercial operator who is comfortable being hands-on. Experience in the manufacturing or closely aligned sectors is preferred. Private Equity experience is a nice to have but not essential.
