Are you a seasoned financial leader looking for a dynamic opportunity to drive growth and shape strategies in the insurance industry? AXA Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our UK & Ireland financial function and support our mission to enrich customer experiences with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, accounting, controlling, and treasury functions to deliver growth and profitability objectives

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic support and challenge across the business

Oversee financial risk monitoring and control, ensuring adequate cash flows for ongoing operations

Act as a strategic business partner, advocating for efficiency initiatives and business productivity improvements

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and Consumer Duty

Lead a high-performance team, promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture and developing team members for success

Your Profile:

Significant experience in accounting and financial planning within the insurance industry

Proven leadership skills in managing multi-site teams in a multi-cultural environment

Strong technical skills in financial planning, risk management, and industry knowledge

Ability to influence stakeholders and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

Accounting or business degree qualification
