Involved , SNI provides a platform for driving positive impact in our town. We are currently seeking a

Chairperson

to lead and oversee the work of SNI. This key voluntary role is integral to our success, working alongside an established and enthusiastic team of volunteers. Term : Two years (reviewed annually) Time Commitment : Up to 12 hours per week Location : St Neots, Cambridgeshire (Remote, with unlimited access to the Citizen Hub if you wish to use it) Remuneration : Unpaid (reasonable expenses reimbursed) Role Overview

As Chair, you will: Lead and oversee SNI’s activities, ensuring the organisation achieves its goals and objectives. Facilitate meetings and public gatherings, ensuring we remain centred on local citizen-driven decision-making. Represent SNI at external events, forums, and meetings, delegating relevant management members where needed. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, authorities, and community stakeholders. About You

We’re looking for someone with: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing teams and facilitating meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of, and connection to, the St Neots community. A desire to give back and create a lasting impact in the town. How to Apply
