Change Analyst
£50,000 - £55,000 + 10% pension +7% pension
Hybrid – 3x days per week in High Wycombe office
We are looking for a brilliant Change Analyst to join a not-for-profit organisation at the start of a huge period of growth. This exciting organisation support one of the fastest growing franchise networks in the world, managing over £1.5 billion worth of contracts on behalf of 4,500 sites across Europe.
Within this role, you will support the implementation of change initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities to facilitate the successful adoption of changes within the organisation. You will assist in gathering and organising stakeholder information, assist the Training Lead in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and help track and compile data on the success of transformation programs.
We are looking for an individual that:
- Is happy to travel to High Wycombe 3x days per week
- Has strong communication skills, and is passionate about change
- Has experience of working within a change/business readiness role
