Change Analyst

to join a supply chain and service organisation at the start of a huge period of growth. This exciting organisation support one of the fastest growing franchise networks in the world, managing over £1.5 billion worth of contracts on behalf of 4,500 sites across Europe. Within this role, you will support the implementation of change initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities to facilitate the successful adoption of changes within the organisation. You will assist in gathering and organising stakeholder information, coordinate and deliver training training sessions, and help track and compile data on the success of transformation programs.
