Reporting to the HR Change Manager, your role is to help support our organization through a period of technology transformation and evolution in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This role will play a crucial part in necessary change activity to support the wider Screwfix team to transition smoothly to adopt new processes, technology, and ways of working. This role is likely to have a particular focus on the planning and organization of change activity and the tracking of key metrics and measurements and interpreting where further action is required. Key Responsibilities:

Support development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy in association with Screwfix change colleagues, the Systems Implementation (SI) Partner, Programme Lead, and third-party Change Partner. Plan and organize relevant change activity that supports the wider change plan. Support tracking of relevant measures that will need to be tracked as part of the change plan and benefits. Ensure we have a strong plan in place to track measurement and support relevant actions being taken based on the data. Collaborate with the Business Reference Group to assess the impact of proposed changes on colleagues, culture, and business operations. Work effectively within the wider change team, ensuring strong collaboration and support on specific deliverables within the change plan as agreed with the HR change manager. Work alongside the programme Communications Lead to support communication plans and materials to effectively convey the purpose, scope, and benefits of change initiatives to employees at all levels. Play an active role in the readiness, change, and training activity that will be required to ensure Screwfix employees will be well placed to adopt the changes. Working closely alongside systems integrator and Change 3rd party, identify potential risks and obstacles to change implementation and support strategies and planning activity to address them proactively. Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, gathering feedback from stakeholders and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Promote open communication, transparency, and continuous learning. Work alongside the L&D Programme and change team training lead to design sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change, new processes, systems, or ways of working. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for the needs and concerns of staff while aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organisation. Minimum Requirements:

Some experience in related roles, experience of working on supporting projects within Retail or other industries advantageous. Some experience or understanding of change management methodologies advantageous but not essential. Solid communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders. Ability to work alongside cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop practical solutions. Solid organisational skills, able to plan and organise relevant activity to support the change workstreams.
