We are currently recruiting an Adoption/Change Lead for a large infrastructure company we are working with on an exclusive basis. Our client provides infrastructure services to both public and private sector organisations around the UK - on this occasion they are working on a project within the Water industry. The contract they have on offer is going to be to work on a 6 month contract (with potential extensions) Due to the nature of the role, the working arrangements will be hybrid with 2 days per week being on different sites (this could be 2 different sites in one location tec per week) across the North of England. Your new role Our client is rolling out a new mobile/tablet based app system to it's workforce - many of whom are blue collar workers who work out on sites.Your role will be to work on understanding the solution (in this case an application system), going out to site and helping train the workers on how to use the applications and make the best out of them. The ideal candidate will show lots of charisma, as this role will be to try and train blue collar workers to use applications they aren't used to working with and may struggle to understand at the beginning. Experience in rolling systems out on sites externally would be ideal for this role as it is a quite specific area of expertise.
