About Our Client Our client is a well-established institution in the UK. Job Description The successful Change and Transformation Communications Manager will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies. Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time. Developing press statements and social media responses as required. Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies. Organising and facilitating communication workshops as required. Managing any crisis communication as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Change and Transformation Communications Manager should have: Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. Outstanding organisational and project management abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
