The finance transformation team is seeking a full-time long-term (initial 1 year) contractor to join their team. The role will sit in Corporate Communications and dot line into the head of the Finance Transformation team, partnering closely to design and execute change communication plans. The successful candidate will be digitally savvy, data-driven, and business-minded—equally comfortable and effective when working autonomously as well as within a team—with proven experience in employee and change communication and the demonstrated ability to provide valuable and results-oriented counsel to internal stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities

Responsibilities Work closely with our finance transformation team on change management and communication as new systems and processes are implemented globally. Build communications multi-channel programs designed to inform and engage employees, connecting change to our purpose, ambition, and strategy. Work cross-functionally to support key change initiatives by creating compelling content for key audiences from the executive team to all employees. Meaningfully contribute to the overall effectiveness and impact of the finance transformation team by simplifying the complex and clearly communicating the 5 W’s. Develop the communication strategy and execute the tactics by creating compelling materials such as PowerPoint decks, leader toolkits, video content, emails, etc. Leverage the employee intranet as a communication platform to keep employees informed as we move through the journey. Must be able to both think strategically and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher and between seven to ten years of relevant communication experience, including developing and executing measurable, multi-channel strategies to drive change. A problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset; the ability to wisely prioritize and reprioritize work. Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills. A proven ability to understand, simplify, and effectively communicate complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; advanced utilization of PowerPoint is preferred, and digital content creation skills are a plus. Company Description
