We have an exciting opportunity to join the Governance & Assurance (G&A) IWR (Insurance, Wealth & Retirement) Transformation Team as a Change Delivery Manager. This role will involve delivering both Change management and 'business as usual' (BAU) support to the IWR G&A function to deliver strategic priorities.

We're looking for someone who is seeking an opportunity to utilise their existing skills whilst building new ones across the depth and breadth of our team to help the business deliver their plans safely, at pace.

A bit about the job:

Working as part of the IWR Governance & Assurance team, the role-holder will lead change projects whilst supporting the G&A Senior Leadership Team with BAU challenges that come from working in a multi-disciplined, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

This role is a great opportunity to work across the IWR business and a wide range of disciplines that are core to our first-line G&A function.

Some duties and responsibilities include: Scoping and shaping projects and defining appropriate delivery approach for each, ensuring solutions remain risk-based and customer outcome-focused throughout. Supporting the G&A function with change-related activity in the BAU environment. Demonstrating strong change management skills, ensuring clear and effective communication to key stakeholders and delivery of high-quality solutions against challenging deadlines. Identification of emerging risks, ensuring delivery of appropriate actions to mitigate these. Skills and experience we're looking for:

A self-starter, able to take the initiative and lead a piece of work from start to finish, both individually and as part of a team. Superb senior stakeholder and relationship management experience i.e., be confident communicating and engaging with our IWR Senior Aviva leaders and subject matter experts. Attention to detail, matched with excellent presentation and report writing skills. Experience working with risk management frameworks within the Financial Services industry. Experience facilitating training is desirable. What you'll get for this role:
