About the role : This is a newly created role as a Change and Engagement Manager that will play a pivotal role in the successful navigation and implementation of change initiatives to deliver enterprise-wide transformation. You will ensure the long-term advocacy for our Procurement Program, enabling our new ways of working that will deliver on value for the business and facilitate the alignment with our strategic objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, project management and exceptional communications skills to guide and support the business to achieve our goals. Full time permanent role, hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. Based from our North Sydney corporate head office. We would also consider Melbourne for exceptional candidates. What you’ll be doing : Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan. Analyse the impact of proposed changes on the respective project teams and the broader organisation through conducting change impact assessments. Collaborate with senior leaders to align change initiatives with business strategy. Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness, understanding and support for change initiatives. Develop and deliver targeted communication plans to facilitate messaging and act as the bridge between group supply chain and other areas of the business to ensure cohesive and coordinated implementation. Monitor and report on progress, through business readiness assessments and adoption of metrics adjusting strategy as needed. Manage risk and resolve issues that affect project scope, quality and timelines. Develop and facilitate training for adaptation of new systems and processes providing guidance and support to employees. Conduct post implementation reviews to assess the success of change initiatives recommending improvements and lessons learned. About you : Degree qualified within a relevant discipline, business, commercial or similar. Demonstrated experience with complex transformation, change management programs, at scale. Deep understanding of project management methodologies and risk management principles. Well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Analytical individual with exceptional problem-solving ability. Exceptional Leadership and business partnering skills that can confidently work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to think strategically and translate vision to actionable plans. High level of commercial acumen, championing a culture of collaboration. Broad understanding of procurement, supply chain and contracts would be highly desirable.
