Join us as a Change, Innovation & Technology Manager If you can combine project management experience with a track record of delivery, this is a great opportunity to join us as a Change, Innovation & Technology Manager We’ll look to you deliver projects to agreed timelines and budget, identify opportunities through working closely with Legal & Regulatory Affairs (L&RA) stakeholders and drive innovation and efficiencies within the function You'll achieve excellent exposure and gain the opportunity to make a real impact with your work What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be identifying, planning and managing the delivery of innovation projects across the function, working closely with the Head of Innovation & Technology to help develop L&RA as a future-focused legal department. You’ll be tracking projects against budget, making sure key milestones are met and stakeholders are kept updated, and helping to identify and deliver automation and efficiency opportunities across the function. In addition to this, you’ll be: Liaising with key stakeholders, external suppliers and other strategic partners Deploying your experience of working with colleagues in the legal profession to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies using appropriate processes and tools Helping to manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Group COO, our Technology function, legal technology vendors and law firms Making sure that supplier relationships are managed in accordance with governance requirements The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with project and budget management experience, together with a track record of delivery and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. You’ll also need: Strong knowledge of the legal profession and associated market trends and innovation opportunities The ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendors Excellent analytical abilities
