We are looking to appoint an individual on a full time, permanent basis to join us as a Change Lead.

You'll be responsible for leading on change projects and for creating change agendas within our growing business. In addition, you’ll also build the change frameworks and support in implementation across the business. This role would suit someone who has prior experience working within Wealth and Investment Management and experience of leading on major change projects. We are open to remote working with some visits to a local office. What you’ll do as a Change Lead: Oversee the company wide change agenda Implement frameworks across major projects and small change committees Prioritisation of change programme Lead on change committees and assess change benefits Take accountability for the company wide change plan Regularly lead at executive level to produce results along with managing internal and external stakeholders by communicating project updates and escalations Attend and visit sites regularly to own, manage and be responsible for projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams including external advisors Prepare and produce documentations that serves as a basis for senior stakeholder decisions Conduct extensive, accurate analyses of the business operations and determine any further requirements Build, monitor and report Management Information (MI) from internal systems Produce key data analysis in a timely manner for senior stakeholders and line management reviews Continue to improve change processes and tools for project management What we’re looking for: Strong analytical skills Extensive knowledge of change management and the ability to design and implement strategies within a growing organisation Experience of leading change through matrix management Someone who has direct experience within wealth and investment management who understands the market Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment Be articulate, with excellent interpersonal skills; capable of liaising with senior stakeholders across the business Prior experience in influencing up to executive level Have a can-do/roll your sleeves up attitude Here at Kingswood Group, we’re all about our people and are committed to recruiting and maintaining a diverse workforce.
