Objective Manage the day-to-day activities of the Change Management team by handling all PPS Technical and Project team Change Requests (CMs). Maintain the Change Calendar and update the business on time for all upcoming CMs. Deputise for the PPS Change Manager when required, this will include organising and chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as normally scheduled and organising and chairing any Emergency CAB meetings as required by the business. Working relationships Internal: Systems, Development, Engineering, and Project teams. External: Edenred Change Management team. Key result areas PayTech Changes are deployed with a minimum of disruption to the business. PayTech Changes are deployed promptly to meet business and client expectations. PayTech Stakeholders are informed and updated on Changes to the PPS IT estate. PayTech Change Manager has the correct information to run Technical Review Meetings (TRM)/CAB meetings. When required by the PPS Change Manager the TRM/CAB meetings are chaired successfully. 1st Line staff capable of assisting Change Management if required. Key tasks Manage the day-to-day CM requests from the Business. Review requested CMs to assure all mandatory information has been completed. Where CMs do not require TRM/CAB ensure technical details are present and, where possible, correct. Maintain the Change Calendar. Where needed obtain CM approvals from all parts of the Business. Manage the daily reports to the Business. Generate TRM content for the PPS Change Manager following the correct CAB cycle date ranges. Attend CM planning meetings where required. Deputise for the PPS Change Manager when requested. Maintain and regularly review all PPS Change Management documentation. Provide training to 1st Line staff so they can support the PPS Change Management team when required. Provide PPS Change Management overviews to any parts of the Business if requested by the PPS Change Manager. Core skills Good interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong organisational skills Methodical Experience working in an IT/technical role, or with a strong interest in IT/technology Experience using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Experience of working in an ITIL based environment. Understanding of working with Agile methodologies. Soft Skills Build strong relationships with all affected teams within the Business. Enthusiastic and adaptable; able to prioritise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Capable of working on his/her own initiative. Why Join Us?
