Change Manager - inside IR35 - 6 months . HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN? North Highland are working with one of our key customers in the Life Sciences space. As they start driving multiple transformation projects in 2025, we need a seasoned Change partner to ensure that the successful planning, implementation, and embedding of these changes are delivered effectively. These initiatives will combine technical and non-technical projects. IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: Proven experience as a Change Manager in a Consulting environment. Engagement Expertise. Senior level engagement. Strong Stakeholder management skills. DESIRABLE: Life Sciences Experience Consulting experience ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Start Date:
