Change Manager - Fixed Term Contract
We're looking for experienced Change Managers to join our network of Affiliates/Fixed Term Contractors.
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions for our clients. You will focus on user adoption, communication strategies, and minimizing disruption to teams.
What You'll Bring To The Table
Experience delivering change management initiatives for large-scale IT or organisational change.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
Ability to develop and deliver effective training and communication plans.
Experience in managing change within agile teams.
Familiarity with Jira and other Atlassian products.
Experience in driving cultural shifts related to tool adoption and new ways of working.
