Peaple Talent have exclusively partnered with a large Law firm based in the heart of Bristol who are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for leading the successful adoption of the new Practice Management System (PMS) across the business. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition and maximising the benefits of the new system. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, including communication plans, training programs, and resistance management tactics. Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring 2/3 days per week in the Bristol office. Required skills, knowledge and experience

Proven experience in transformational change management, preferably within ERP implementations. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Expertise in motivating and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Strong change management and organisational skills. Experience in designing and delivering effective solution adoption programs. Knowledge of PMS/Finance systems and business processes. Proficiency in using change management tools and techniques. Key tasks

Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement a robust change management strategy aligned with the overall PMS project plan. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, building strong relationships and addressing their concerns and needs. Communication Planning: Create and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. Training and Enablement: Design and work with the assigned digital adoption team to deliver comprehensive training and process re-engineering to equip users with the necessary skills to utilise the new PMS effectively on rollout. Resistance Management: Identify and proactively address resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate risks identified. Adoption Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption rates and user satisfaction post Go Live. Post-Implementation Support: Define ongoing support and guidance for users to ensure continued adoption and optimisation of the PMS solution post project closure. Seniority level
