Our Consulting Practice has 5 capabilities: Transformation Delivery Project Delivery Organisation Change Operational Excellence Technology Transformation Valcon UK is seeking Change Managers and Senior Consultants who come from working at a technology/data Consultancy to join our growing Organisational Change (OC) capability group. Our OC consultants specialise in helping clients transition their organisations and improve technology and process user adoption. We are looking for consultants with the following skill sets: And a demonstrated track record of: Change Management solutioning, sales and delivery Digital and technology transformation Working within waterfall and agile environments Working within any of the following sectors: Infrastructure (utilities, airports, airlines, telco), Retail or Government Responsibilities include: Working with clients at every level of the business, from C Suite execs to the shop floor Defining and managing quality delivery Selecting the appropriate change management tools and methods Coaching, and motivating members of the project team Advancing our approaches and building our capabilities. About you: Proactive, result-oriented and focused Practical, with a focus on outcomes for the client Comfortable working collaboratively and productively within a team and across multidisciplinary functions A self-starter Effective in a hybrid working environment A passion for working with clients Strong presentation skills An eye for quality We offer you: The opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment with an informal culture, with a flat hierarchy, in which we cooperate across business areas and levels.
