Change Specialist needed in Gloucester Paying £411.64 per day ref 5261491 Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking an experienced Change Specialist with a strong background in working with procurement professionals. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant procurement regulations, SAP, and/or ARIBA cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage business change projects and programmes, including ERP implementation. Engage successfully with senior stakeholders. Prepare and present clear, concise reports. Implement risk management strategies. Support cost/benefit analysis and options appraisal. Effectively manage staff and teams. Work with senior managers and politicians. Ensure benefits realization. Manage multiple demands and responsibilities to meet challenging deadlines. Provide line management support. Requirements: Proven experience as a Change Specialist. Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations, SAP, and/or ARIBA cloud solutions. Experience managing business change projects and programmes, including ERP implementation. Demonstrable experience of successful engagement with senior stakeholders. Strong report writing and presentation skills. Excellent risk management abilities. Ability to support cost/benefit analysis and options appraisal. Effective management of staff and teams. Experience working with senior managers and politicians. Commitment to benefits realization. Ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities. Line management experience.
