I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Change Workstream Lead opportunity. This is a Fixed Term Contract, lasting 6 months. It requires 3 days a week in their London offices.
To be considered for this role, you must have: Legally/Professional Services Experience. Ideally Change Management qualifications E.g. PROSCI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include: Design and deliver change management plans that align with the programme deliverables. Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives. Assist in the development and delivery of training tailored to equip people with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes. Work with the business analysis team to conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on different teams and roles.
