Key Responsibilities To create, plan and implement an annual branded marketing activity programmes that are driven through data analysis and customer needs. This will contribute to the overall commercial strategy for profitable growth for each of your allocated accounts. Ensure the effective implementation of all brand activity through establishing strong working relationships across all relevant customer channels, and ensuring activity is implemented to agreed timescales and budgets. Day to Day Devising and implementing account specific marketing and communications plans to support the sales drive and growth plan in the allocated accounts. Creation of marketing presentation materials and presence at customer meetings internally and externally which will include travel and overnight stays across the UK. Utilising Gfk market data and Epos sales data to construct a plan for growth on current ranges by brand and SKU. Evaluating promotional mechanics to determine the optimum programme for our brands moving forward, in conjunction with the National Account Team. Identifying new POS and promotional ideas to improve brand presence instore. Maximising our brand visibility across all customers digital channels. Ensuring effective implementation of range review activity, working closely with the account and internal departments to achieve timescales set. Establishing strong working relations with key customer personnel, such as their buying, merchandising, communication and marketing teams to advance our brand activities. Experience/Qualifications Minimum 3 years marketing experience (ideally in a channel role) and can demonstrate successful marketing driving sales activity. Experience working with UK DIY/Retail/Trade customers or similar industry would be ideal. Proven experience of using market & consumer insight to deliver commercial benefits. Strong commercial and analytical acumen. Excellent presentation skills. Proven, strong project management planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to deliver within agreed timescales and within budget. A strong set of IT skills, especially with Microsoft office. What we offer
