Senior Manager Commercial Marketing Role Purpose Reporting into the Senior Manager Commercial Marketing, this role is integral in the development and continuous improvement of Sonova's multi-brand value added services strategy for private channels via marketing programs (branded and value added) that target specific channels to promote Sonova services and products. You will also play a key role in supporting and influencing marketing plans for Sonova's house of brands, organising and executing both industry and brand events and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends. The role is also essential in coordinating campaigns within the marketing team and with department heads. About The Role You will have a positive, inclusive and inspirational mindset and be responsible for planning and executing the B2B VAS, B2B2C Channel Marketing Strategy and industry and branded event schedule for the Sonova private channels to support our growth agenda, which includes: Using a commercial mindset to support and influence a multi-brand strategy, ensuring we win in a competitive market by creating B2B demand and loyalty through more than just great products. Collaborate with the Global Commercial Marketing Team to ensure UK & IE loyalty programs run within the WHS B2B Loyalty Programs Strategic Consistency Framework. Be accountable for channel relevant partner programmes and associated budgets in collaboration with finance. Manage the strategic development and day to day execution of customer-centric, loyalty-based value added services and Co-Op initiatives. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage external agency relationships to maximise efficiencies. Support HK marketing strategy and tactics to increase active POS, reduce churn and increase sales. Own key industry events from ideation to execution such as AIHHP, ISHAA, BHSHHA etc. Act as a core member of the marketing team and take an active part of the definition of the marketing strategy and channel marketing plan. Work with a continuous improvement mindset and put our Sonova values at the heart of everything we do. Manage and execute bi-annual customer surveys to increase direct brand customer satisfaction. Monitor and respond to competitor changes, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry challenges. Collaborate with external partners on content creation and digital strategy and the development and execution of impactful demand generation campaigns. Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all local & HQ colleagues, customers, and partners. Responsible for developing and executing field marketing initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy. Regularly attend key account and independent customer meetings to discuss new product launches, marketing opportunities, partner programs and the execution of agreed plan.
