We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team in the position of Channel Marketing Manager. The Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the development & execution of Forterra’s marketing strategy across its key distribution channels. The role holder, working in conjunction with the commercial & marketing communications teams, will be responsible for all marketing content, initiatives & campaigns, targeting our distribution partners & their customers (builders, bricklayers, homeowners). Your duties would include but are not limited to the following: Working in partnership with the Marketing Director, creation of the channel marketing strategy for the Forterra Group and its brands, including the relevant communications strategy & goals. Development and execution of the annual distribution channel marketing plan (& budget) which should be developed in line with the wider business goals and objectives (in particular with the commercial organisation). Define all necessary marketing collateral (coordinating its production with our marketing communications team) to support both our sales teams & channel partners. Develop campaigns targeting both our channel partners & their target customers to stimulate demand for Forterra’s products. Carry out all necessary market research to better understand the needs of our customers. Working with our digital expert, develop our online presence & build strategies to increase awareness and engagement with our target audiences via our websites and social media. Support our channel partners in the creation & execution of tailored marketing activities including campaigns & events. Support our product management team in the launch & roll-out of all new products creating all relevant marketing communications through our distribution channels. About You: Have at least 2 years experience working in a relevant marketing role within a B2B (ideally construction/trade marketing) environment. Experience in development & delivery of high-quality marketing content and campaigns targeting a wide variety of audiences. Degree qualified (Essential) in a marketing or construction related subject (Desirable). Strong communicator with strong interpersonal skills (Essential). Able to develop plans & strategies to support our goals & objectives (Essential). Demonstrable project management skills; able to plan and execute campaigns, coordinating actions across different stakeholder groups within the organization (Essential). Demonstrable success in development & execution of trade marketing initiatives (Desirable). Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Teams. What We Can Offer You: Competitive Salary and Benefits package.
