My client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lead to be an integral part of their IT transformation programme and deliver a great product to their customers. Their focus is to make payments as easy as possible and streamline them between organisations and their customers. You will join their Delivery Team and take on a crucial role as the Chapter Lead over their development and testing teams. You will have the responsibility of the end-to-end life cycle of their products, manage the people under your control, set the vision and standards, build and nurture people. You will also be required to set the standards in the teams, manage all areas of your teams, talent management, and promote open and effective communication channels.
