I'm looking for a
Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
for a temporary role on a social housing contract in Worcester and Hereford. This work will entail overseeing a team of 6-8 grounds maintenance operatives.
The Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will be required to: Carry out inspections on standard of work Ensure all work is effectively supervised and that any problem is reported to the Supervisor/Estates Services Manager Carry out gardening duties working with teams across sites for grounds maintenance duties for Worcester and Hereford. Ensure completion of works by the team by setting targets Work with teams across the group for training. Liaise with tradespeople and other agencies regarding work being carried out in multi-storey blocks
I'm looking to speak to a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader that has: Experience working on Grounds maintenance contracts Full UK Driving License (company van and fuel card will be provided from day one) Experience managing a team Gardening experience
In return, the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will receive: £19 - £21 per hour Company Van and fuel card Possibility of a permanent position after 12 weeks Weekly Pay for the first 12 weeks
