We currently have three homes: Fairlie House in West Norwood with 45 beds, Highfield House in Purley with 45 beds, and Woodstown House in Banstead with 40 beds, which opened its doors to its first residents in April 2021. Main duties of the job
Delivering a high standard of evidence-based care to Residents. Ensuring good standards of care for the Resident are maintained at all times. Adhering to NMC Code of Professional conduct at all times. Involving and supporting Residents, relatives, carers, and friends in the care process. Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration. Understanding of NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Proficiency in dispensing and administrating oral medication. Experience
The ability to manage and prioritise conflicting workloads. Interest in developing knowledge of the clinical specialty and own practice. The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure. Able to manage patients' emotional needs and demonstrate empathy and caring. Ability to solve and escalate problems and issues as well as communicate effectively both written and verbal. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
