Charge Nurse (RMN) - Inpatient Mental Health Hospital Location: Harrow, London Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum Hours: 07:30 - 20:00 / 07:30 - 08:00. 3,4 shift pattern across 7 days. Must be able to work - days, nights and weekends.

About the Role:

Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable independent and growing provider of mental health services for male adults with severe and enduring mental health illness, co-morbid physical health problems, and complex needs. Together, we are seeking a Charge Nurse (RMN) for their new, specialist male inpatient hospital based in Harrow, London. As a qualified Charge Nurse / Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure working-aged males within this inpatient service receive high-quality care, while working alongside other disciplines and leading a nursing team and supporting their development. Typical Diagnoses:

Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar affective disorder, or depression. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:

An Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Previous experience working within Mental Health / acute, forensic, low - high secure, rehabilitation / NHS or private Previous experience in leading a team, assessing, planning, delivering care plans, completing clinical audits Strong values and able to demonstrate this in your day-to-day running of the ward Employee Benefits Package:
