Create a seamless patient journey, fostering a welcoming and high-quality environment at every stage. Collaborate with external organisations, including NHS Trusts and the CQC, with the support of the Regional Manager. Drive quality improvement initiatives by implementing and refining processes. Onboard and support new team members to integrate smoothly and grow professionally. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and effectively manage any concerns or complaints. Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory standards, including KLoE (Key Lines of Enquiry). Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting.
